Vickie Seitner, founder and President of Career Edge One, specializes in providing professional, career transition, and personal development coaching to individuals at all levels in their careers. After meeting personally with each of her clients and developing custom-tailored plans for success, Vickie leads her clients through an introspective process that helps them recognize and pursue ideal career opportunities, excel during a performance evaluation, or receive that much-deserved promotion. In addition to helping individual clients, she also coaches groups, develops and presents tailored motivational topics to a wide range of organizations; and consults regarding various Human Resource responsibilities.
Her diverse background includes fifteen years of executive management where she created development plans for managers in need of additional training and support; ten years in the stock brokerage industry where she assisted in hiring, training and managing employees; and five years in the non-profit sector where she developed human resource management policies and programs and counseled senior management on strategic planning and organization design processes.
She earned her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2003 and her Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She became an accredited Career Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2008. Vickie is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Inc. (SIOP), the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Psychological Association (APA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Vickie lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with her husband Steven, where she enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and her new grandchild.
