Vickie Seitner, president, founded Career Edge One in 2007. She earned her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2003 and her Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She became an accredited Career Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2008. Vickie is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Inc. (SIOP), the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Psychological Association (APA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Her diverse background includes fifteen years of executive management where she created development plans for managers in need of additional training and support; ten years in the stock brokerage industry where she assisted in hiring, training and managing employees; and five years in the non-profit sector where she developed human resource management policies and programs and counseled senior management on strategic planning and organization design processes.

Vicky DeCoster, professional resume writer, has over 25 years of experience writing resumes for all levels including executives, middle managers, and administrative professionals. Her diverse clientele has included CEOs, CFOs, sales executives, Grammy Award-winning artists, and senators. Vicky’s business background includes playing key roles at three of the Big Four accounting firms; developing and heading a resume writing division for a search firm in Omaha, Nebraska; and working as a consultant to help small business clients build brands, market services, and create an online presence. In 1991, she was one of 10 out of 16,000 employees who won a national award for her commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients.
